Absolutely congrats to them. They had a great yr.

But my kid intentionally plays in a different state. And played club out of state too. I can choose my teams to support. You get that right?

I know there is no reasoning with these parents when it comes to PDA. These parents need to hear the “soccer truth” from there clubs and give them a reality check about their daughters soccer ability. I know its bad business for them to say that they are not good enough to play D1, or only good enough to play D1 mid major at best or not good enough o play at a program like PDA. Club coaches are doing a disservice to these players and families with false hopes and dreams. If only these parent saw the sidelines at this past weekend ECNL event with the attendance of college coaches. PDA is not your problem, your clubs honesty to tell you the truth is the main issue.

What were they? They beat most of the teams you would expect them to and mostly lost to the ones you would expect them to. They won the B10 regular season title. Congrats to them. It seems like attach more significance to it. Not sure why other people's opinion matter to you so much.

Not OP but I can probably guess why many people do not see this as an accomplishment the same way you do. 1) There were few subs used and it was hard to watch many talented players sit on a bench that could have changed the dynamic. 2) When you know the inner workings and the deep debt it's hard to be supportive. 3) When you do not like watching their style of play and find it frustrating. 4) When the commentators call it boring and difficult to watch its hard to enjoy.
It's like when everyone wanted to support Chris Cuomo but knew he was soon going down and too inner connected to his brother's bad behavior. Does that make sense to you?
