Its a showcase not a tournament. Teams rotate players and get everyone pretty equal time at these events.

PDA always makes this events easy for themselves. Officials get the memo and they always schedule light matchups for Blue.

The Pda blue are playing CFC ecnl at a couple ages so they do give themselves at least one reasonable game.

No necessarily. Bench players are simply not as strong as the starters. Doesn't mean they "stink". It's all relative. It also means they may be playing out of position or the team can't get a rhythm going with frequent subs.
