1) Uniforms were $200. Not sure what uniforms you’ve been ordering but you might want to check you have the right one.

2) pre-season started last week for Academy groups, NPL and Premier I believe are this coming week and the following week. So when you say “no soccer yet” wait a couple of days and you’ll be there.
3) take covid out the picture and this is when you would have started your new season anyway. Also, you would have probably paid a couple of months on your payment plan by now anyway. As for the 250+ first payment.... you get to choose your payment plan so that’s on you.

Nice try. Paid over $500 and still no soccer but you are right, I have no choice but to wait. You auto payment system has no problems taking our money

This is a dumb complaint. SUSC clearly spells out that the season runs August to June. Preseason week was this past week and this upcoming week, depending on team. I don't know of any clubs that don't require a deposit when you register, and whatever payment plan you chose beyond that is on you. Finally, of course you have to pay for uniforms when you order them. Do you think they send them out and just charge you when play?
This is either your first go at club soccer, a disgruntled parent whose kid didn't make the team you'd hoped for, or a GPS parent who is going to spend all season saying, "well, at GPS..." to which I'll reply, "and how is GPS doing now?"
I'm a satisfied SUSC customer. If you're not, no one is holding a gun to your head.

This thread looks more like the ones on MA board. The NH board is relatively reasonable and free of name calling. Lets try to keep it that way.
The OP appears to be either a troll or new to club soccer. If you're a troll, so be it.
If you're new to club soccer, Id like to point out that pre-season always starts in mid to late August, and the regular season always starts up right around Labor Day. SUSC has been pretty clear about the timelines for both the season and the payments.

Of course - you know who you should be talking to to get answers. Why spread this here?
