NH Border Clubs with MA players

Wonder how these NH clubs with MA players will pull off trainings or will they break rules? What are the consequences?

Why do you care? IF you have a kid on a team at a NH Club, why not call, email and ASK what the policies are, IF you haven't received them yet.

The official position is the players, in this instance, are treated as employees. As such, employees are able to cross state lines for their employment. This has been OK'd as an approach.

As it always the case, if someone doesn't feel comfortable they do not need to attend.

Nice try. The governor specifically calls this one out. Big club representative putting the club dollar over the health of the kids.

        7. Staff and athletes shall remain in the team’s home state. No teams/groups/athletes from other states are allowed at the sports training events in New Hampshire.

More clubs than not will have issues with this. Especially Epping since most of the higher level players come from MA. Didn’t realize this was the case with out of state players.

Shouldn’t be a problem, it says they should stay in the team’s home state. No travel with the team from NH. Nothing about where the players are from.

Yeah. Shall vs should. Very big difference. Governor was very specific. Specifically says no training with Mass players coming to New Hampshire. Good luck to clubs breaking this rule as most will and Let’s see who gets caught!!! Will the programs get shut down if they violate this??

For heaven's sake. Do you think there is an imaginary shield at the border stopping the virus? Stop clutching your pearls. Such a bunch of busybodies. Go hide under your covers if you're so afraid.
