Great suggestions. What is holding it back, IMO, is we need to get Clubs out of the league-running business. For all it's faults, and there were many, USSF running the DA programs was agnostic to Club's whims.

Yep. Unfortunately this model is not condusive to charging families thousands of dollars to play on 3rd and 4th tier teams with the promise of a "pathway to DA".

So for-profit superclubs aren't going to make this happen. It requires decisive action from either USSF or New England Revolution.
