D1 Girls have 3 teams left who are undefeated, Londonderry, Exeter and BG.
Londonderry plays both, Exeter and BG do not play each other. It will be interesteing who can go undefeated??? Exeter looks to have the easier schedule...

NHIAA should have a better way of setting schedules. The last two years Exeter has gotten a pass by not playing Central, Bedford or BG. It obviously helps Exeter but it would make the season more interesting if the top teams all played each other.

I'm hearing Bedford girls defeated BG girls 1-0 with a goal in the 28th minute, so Exeter and Londonderry remain undefeated. They will play each other 10/15 at 600P in Londonderry.

Londonderry has to play BG after the Exeter game. Looks like it will be a challenging week for Londonderry. A 1-0 win by Bedford may have been a competitive game. (DIDNT SEE IT) The rain certainly can be a factor as well.

also pretty good referees. when BG is allowed to play physical they are a better squad. so calling fouls from behind slows down their aggressive play.

what's cheap abut playing physical? if ref's allow it and it gives you an advantage then why wouldn't you play that way. BG is very aggressive. good for them because obviously it is working.

Not the OP (haven't seen either team play), but I was always taught to take what the refs will give you. Push the envelope, if they are whistle-happy, then pull it back.

You have to have the ability to play more constrained when called upon, though.

I know a couple of the BG players from the past and I wouldn't consider them cheap or overly dirty.
