I think you are correct on Division I Girls. Only question I had was Timberlane/Goffstown.

This is what I believe Division II Girls brackets are (13 teams):

1) Bow (Bye)
8) Kearsage versus 9) Lebanon

4) Oyster River versus 13) Con-Val
5) Hanover versus 12) Coe-Brown

2) Pembroke (Bye)
7) Souhegan versus 10) Merrimack Valley

3) Hollis Brookline (Bye)
6) Milford versus 11) John Stark

Here's why I think Goffstown is #11 and Timberlane is #12 - we'll see if I'm correct when NHIAA releases brackets on Monday
Tie breaker #1 doesn't work because of the 1-1 tie on 09/11/18
Tie breaker #2 doesn't work because each played 11 of the top 14 teams, won twice and tied twice
Tie breaker #3 "quality of wins" breaks the tie: Each defeated BG, but Goffstown defeated Portsmouth which was a higher quality win than Timberlane over Windham. Portsmouth was higher quality due to 3 wins against the top 14 vs. only 1 win for Windham.

How do you come up with Concord jumping over Pinkerton on the boys side ?
How drunk was whoever wrote those tiebreaker rules? Absolutely incomprehensible.

Concord boys record vs. the other 14 teams in the playoffs: 7 wins, 3 loss, 1 tie for 28+0+2=30 points/11 games = rating of 2.727
Pinkerton boys record vs. the other 14 teams in the playoffs: 6 wins, 4 loss, 0 tie for 24+0+0=24 points/10 games = rating of 2.400
Concord boys has the higher rating which results in #4 seed; Pinkerton is #5 seed.

I agree the tie breaker rules are a bit confusing but honestly would prefer these rules then goal differential or total goals scored, etc which encourage teams running up the score throughout the season.
