Agree. They can cheat all they want and even if people are turned off and leave, they don't care. That have very little competition for choices up here, and can cheat and produce bad teams and still turn a profit. They just don't care!

SUSC knows that they have a captive audience, and there are families that stay at SUSC just because they don't have any better/closer choices. Competition is slowly coming though. Clubs like NEFC are now in NH (Nashua), and if you look at the gotsoccer rankings for NH NEFC teams on the girls side they are either right behind SUSC or have surpassed them as #1 teams in NH. If a club like NEFC moves farther northeast, SUSC is in serious trouble.

Nope. Not okay with 'cheaters' at all. Almost same thing happened to my son at Seacoast boys. Didn't bitch here. Didn't cry about the parents or players. Just left the team when I realized the integrity level of the management. The organization is awful. It's a shame given the monopoly they have on the area and the crap job they do. But I'd feel worse if I kept giving them my money.

I don't disagree on not staying and I have not seen anyone "making fun" of the players. Calling them out, yes, but don't break the rules and then cry when you're caught. Sick of treating these kids and families like fragile little darlings. Don't want to be publicly called out? Don't break the rules. Pretty simple.

I expect you will see a fair amount of families leaving after this season. Would be foolish to stay more than 1 season if youre upset about the blatant disregard for the rules.

Exactly. No one (or very few) posters are in any way “making fun” of a teenager. Get it straight and don’t play moral high ground police here (responding to the original poster who said that - not this post). The players are breaking the rules. The club, the coach, and the parents/players all know it. That’s not “making fun” of a teenager, that’s people calling out a club, coach and player/family for breaking the rules. You’re telling me that people can’t see the difference there? Minimally, SUSC should apologize to the teams/teammates who did follow the rules and made the sacrifice while they allowed for this to happen.

The NEFC U13 Elite team is already ranked higher than the SUSC U13 NPL team. Also, DA teams are not listed ongotsoccer, so why bring that up? Since you did bring it up, one thing is for certain, those SUSC DA teams aren't worthy of polishing the boots of NEFC DA teams. By June of next year most of these NEFC teams will be ranked #1 in NH, which would make SUSC what? A "Bottom Feeder" Club? SUSC is a 3rd rate club and everyone but the cow tippers know it.

The old Nashua World Cup sold out to NEFC. I think they moved their operations to the new Tyngesboro facility, but have kept a presence in Nashua (hence the NH GotSoccer point-grab)

They are called NEFC North. They use facilities in Tyngesboro, Groton, and Nashua NH. Can't tell how often they are in each location.

Let's narrow this since we're talking about NEFC NH encroaching on SUSC NH territory and rankings of those teams. Show us the missing NEFC NH teams or teams that NEFC only put into gotsoccer for tournament points? If you don't have examples of this for NH then this is irrelevant.

I'm not naive about gotsoccer points and ranking and I understand exactly how it all works in the NEP and tournament ecosystem. Every club "trolls" for points if you can call it that, even SUSC. 1 PDA tournament is not proof that SUSC isn't concerned with rankings. The fact is there are plenty of ranked tournaments SUSC puts all of its teams in. SUSC isn't doing anything different than anyone else.

Further, everyone knows that GC rankings are not the end all be all, but the fact is they DO give you a fairly accurate picture of how good a team is, and if your Club's team or teams are consistently (that word is key) behind another's in rank it's almost always because your team just isn't as good. In my experience, anything consistently beyond 30-40 regional ranking points indicates a noticeable difference between the quality of the 2 teams on the soccer field.

Regardless, good luck with the claim that these NEFC NH teams aren't very good or that being on the ranking heals of SUSC in NH means nothing. The fact is, SUSC is widely known as a club that is a tier below clubs like NEFC/FC Stars, not only in professionalism, but in the level of teams and players they produce. And that was before the DA cheating! Give SUSC NH parents better options and watch how fast players and parents flee. They'll be driving away so fast down that farm road that they'll tip the cows!
