      Generally, Republicans hate soccer.

I can assure you Ann Coulter generally doesn't speak for many that I know.

What's funny is my friends who hate soccer are all Dems. Go figure.

Then your friends are idiots. Probably closet Trump supporters.

Glen Beck hates soccer, too: "I don't get the baseball thing, but the soccer thing, I hate it so much -- probably because the rest of the world likes it so much, and they riot over it, and they continually try to jam it down our throat.""

You can pick and choose all day long from individuals making comments. Have fun, but I think there is better ways to spend one's day.

As for my whom I was referencing...I can guarantee they are not idiots nor closet Trump supporters. Actually, pretty vocal supporters of the Democratic party. They just don't like the sport, and that's cool. I don't force it on them.

Uh-huh. Whatever you say. We all know the truth, though: they are going to pull a Brexit. Pretend to be against Trump but really vote for him. And, we know this because they hate soccer. Call them out on it, or are you afraid they'll sue you or something Trumpish?

I'll ask, but the most hated soccer fan I know I've known for, oh, 40 years. I actually assumed he was a Republican, his family is very well off. Until he posted from the inauguration in 2008 in DC. Found out that he has always been from a very democratic family. Witnessed a very heated argument between another friend, soccer player and lover of the game (die-hard Trump supporter) and him (supporting Hillary) after a llloooonnnngggg day of bar hopping in Boston.

Seriously, let it go with your attempts to shame and put everyone in one bucket. Shouldn't you be in the Turkey thread on the MA forum?

Yeah. I probably should be. Trolling you New Hampshire peeps is boring; you're too polite.

Before I go, I will add that given the geographical range that Seacost has access too, they should be doing better than they are. I get so very tired of driving up there to hand them a drubbing, season after season.

if we're trying to correlate either candidate to the ongoing success of women's soccer, our priorities are way out of whack. They have bigger fish to fry. Let the soccer folks worry about the soccer.
