Who are the preseason favorites? Pinkerton beat Londonderry last year. Think anyone challenges these two this year?

I would add Concord, Bedford and Central to complete the top 5 from D1. Pinkerton and Londonderry should be good again but every team is an injury or two away from being middle of the pack. Depth of talent is always an issue.

Will the self-proclaimed program-builder surpass his best season as a head coach and win more than 4 games in a season?

Please enlighten the rest of us as to which self proclaimed program builder you are referring to?

Is it really that difficult to figure out?

Yikes. I think we are coming off topic.

It seemed like 3-5 years ago there was a steady exodus of young talent from town teams to club teams (ie..Seacoast, GPS, etc). I wonder if we start to see that impact high school play and those schools with larger numbers of club players (Bedford, Pinkerton and Londonderry) start to dominate and create a wide gap between them and second teir schools.

With some exceptions I would think it would be a pretty straight line between the State Cup winning teams for Seacoast and GPS by town to figure out which towns may have a better shot in coming years based on familiarity. For example - I think there are a number of Bedford and Concord girls on the GPS U15 team that won State Cup/made the National Cup Final in Colorado last month so those programs could benefit in the next couple of years.

Maybe wait until tryouts are over first?

                      That's no fun.

2nd furthest from being a cow dunk town. That's what makes it even more pathetic.

You have posted anonymously, so why so cryptic? Why not supply the details, that only you seem to know, so that we can have a dialog? Or....are you just trolling to stir some pot or another?

                            Two quick things:

                            - it's spelled "dung", not "dunk"

                            - even the largest cities in the state (Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth) have active farms so literally every municipality in the state has cow dung. As such - something more specific (i.e. - town or school name) would be most helpful

Boy this topic can get off message really quick. I think any of the following 7 have a chance: Pinkerton, Londonderry, Bedford, Concord, BG, Exeter and Central. A lot of key players on all teams graduated so we may see an influx of talented underclassman coming in.
