OP
I talked to a parent on the top u14 team and she said u12 players are allowed to play in any game they have and if you coach a lower team or in with the league your u12 player will start and get more playing time than kids on the team.
And said it makes it very hard to win with u12 players and lost there first game because of to many of them.
Not just about winning its about u12 players winning.
If you are numbers down, how is it they aren't a help? Give me a break. You can't get enough girls to play, and this is what you get.
I have read every post on here and there is no mention of older age appropriate players needing or wanting U little players on there team. Posting do say U little players are not playing there own age and are playing up 1 or 2 age groups because of wacked out priorities of the current board and coaches.
I heard there are not many windham players that know what age they actually are because they have been lying so long.
There was know mention of them being a girls team you must be a wacked out board member / coach / parent

Why would they have to lie if they are allowed to "play up" within the rules of NHSL (Club Pass)? No lying necessary there. I have mixed thoughts on Club Pass / dual rostering. For some clubs it is helpful for them if they are unable to field a full team due to numbers in the age group. Tough for a group of U13's (as an example) to only have 13 players or so. One injury or illness and you can't field the team. In those cases, having Club Pass is a worthy cause and I see no issue. The problem is when clubs use it to their advantage (i.e. stacking teams). Unfortunately, this is being used as a tool for typically the large clubs to shift kids all over the place depending on what team is playing what opponent, etc. Oh, big game this weekend? Throw your "A" team onto the "B" team for the win... This is under the guise of "development".

Altough your example is used sometimes I also see a place where club passes work well. My daughter plays for one of the big clubs. She is on their regional team and plays in a regional league. There are a few girls that play on NPL or ECNL teams as well. But the regional team IS their first priority but they happen to be talented enough to participate in a higher league. They may not get a ton of playing time there so they use club passes to move around between the regional and upper teams. I don't see anything wrong with this. If they brought others who were not on her team for a big game then I surely would have an issue.

My daughters' club tries to field two teams at each age group, but sometimes the #s aren't there. Instead of cutting players and only fielding one team, they rotate in "elite" kids each week to help out the other team.
Conceptually - I don't see an issue with it; but I do think it's unfair when kids on their own team are asked to sit at the expense of guest players. That has nothing to do with development and more to do with trying to win a game which is wrong.
I do not like player passes or dual rostering, team should be set after a given date. Clubs use this week rule to there advantage, U13 and up your allowed 22 players on a team roster, only 18 can dress 5 can be guest players that means 9 real players on the team do not dress or play. 5 guests play with 13 real team players. 28% of the kids on the field that day were not even on the team.

If parents don't like it, they can go to another program....it is very simple.
To me team means a group solected to work and play together for a given season, good or bad that how it should be. Unfortunately in soccer team refers to a ID number that stays the same from year to year. Players do not matter cash flow does.
