I don't know why they're so concerned about the hiring process. No matter who got the job their kid still would have been cut.

I wasn't agreeing with you, I was making fun of your silly assumption. Londonderry soccer is on the right track. Coach Ellis is a good guy and a good coach. You are a single person full of sour grapes. Read the thread & you list many reasons to get rid of him. Every time someone refutes you, you throw out something else. There is no drama on the team. I implore you to volunteer to help lusc or the goals club, or be a team parent, if you think you can help, or have good ideas.

Despite the drama and dysfunction in Londonderry both the girls and boys varsity teams beat Pinkerton today in the Mack Plaque games. Congrats to the kids! Awesome job.

They really were great games with a ton of support for the teams. For the record (in case it isn't 100% clear already), it's really only a few bad seeds who complain all the time here.

I literally just stumbled across this site tonight. I live in Londonderry. I have little ones who play soccer. I am sickened by the posts on here of parents bashing players and coaches. I cannot imagine that this forum was set up for people to sit behind their computers and vent frustrations anonymously. What good comes of it? Well, 10 pages later I think it's pretty clear. Nothing.
Maybe these posters should visit the elementary schools and learn their PBIS rules that they instill in our children. Respect. Responsibility. And safety.
Please respect fellow human beings of all ages, show responsibility in your posts, take responsibility for your posts and work hard to see things from all angles. Most importantly respect your children and teach them to be positive, responsible, giving adults. Clearly there are many adults in Londonderry not modeling respectful and safe behaviors both on the sidelines and behind their computers and this is terrifying to me for our future. Start giving back positively and I bet you'll be amazed at what you learn about others and yourselves.
When did soccer stop being fun? When did soccer become more about the adults then the children? I know I will give all I can possibly give to keep soccer fun and all about the kids as it should be.

B) How would your kid's team do playing the schedule the Academy team does? Nothing screams "loser" more than a parent ragging on a team that their kid didn't make.
