Agreed. We all heard that. Now he wants to say that 1 10th grader is on the team to save face. What a joke!!!!! This guy is full of himself and emptying the talent in town for his son to have playing time. So much talent has left town or will not play for the school because of him. Better for him...less talent around means more playing time for his kid.

Feel kinda bad for that one 10th grader, since this parent is on the sideline saying he is just a saving face effort, rather than earned his spot.

Could the people with the anti-Londonderry agenda please leave the room and start their own thread?

If the talent pool has been watered down from the players all fleeing the program It should be easier for your kid to make the team? That must be very frustrating for you and little Landon.

I hate that Londonderry is known for soccer drama. I think it is just a few bad seeds. I thought once the boys all got to high school it would be better. We would have escaped all the club/travel/team drama. High school is supposed to bring all of the boys (and parents) together. My underclassman has no idea what you are talking about regarding the coach and underclassman being on the team. I asked around, nobody heard what you heard. You seem to know a lot about the coach, but not about the teams, like you did not know a 10th grader was on varsity. I suspect you don't have a player in the program and just have a personal beef with the coach? The coach's kid is a really nice kid and a good player. If you have watched him play you would know that. I think if you brought your concerns to the coach you might get more answers than posting on an anonymous forum. I think this year is chance to start a new chapter with our boys, I hope the same drama that has followed us since the boys were 10, doesn't follow us all through high school.

The drama has followed you because there has been one constant...THE COACH!!!!! Oh excuse me Daddy...

                      New poster

Haven't been on here in ages but things haven't changed. If the kid was good enough than so be it. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if he had it a bit easier with Todd as the coach. He does take care of his own, but he also takes care of his team. That family lives and breathes soccer and if you were a coach and new you had one of his trying out, you would take a chance if it was close between them and so other kid. I was skeptical for a while myself, trust me on this. Even this year I saw another one of that soccer clan make a team at a very young age, but they have the skill and are definitely holding their own.

In the end we would move heaven and earth for our kids. High school is neither so relax and grab some crayons.

You are CRAZY!!!! He can't even get players from Londonderry to stay on his town local travel team team. he is not responsible for their development. I think he is down to four on his roster. by the way... isn'y it against the rules for a HS coach to coach/train their players outside of the school??? Maybe the NHIAA should look into it......

You are a jackass. It is not illegal for a HS coach to train/coach their players. You are clearly a guy who thinks he knows everything but is actually ignorant to what is actuality.

Hey dummy, he/she did not say illegal, he/she said against the rules! At there is a rule against when high school coaches can and can not coach their players!

You don't like the guy. But Your arguments don't make sense. You are having a temper tantrum. It is easy to have nonsensical complaints here with anonymous half truths. If you have a kid on the team, go to the coach yourself. another poster said this not actually someone from the team. That is probably true.

Who cares!!! If the guy is not liked and drama follows the team wherever he goes, then get rid of him!!! Someone should go to the admin at the school and the NHIAA if he is breaking the rules!!! That is how programs get in trouble. Sounds like from other posters that he only cares about his son. That unfortunately happens where a guy coaches their child. If there is this much drama, than maybe he should relieve of himself of his duty. Especially if he is putting the program at risk by working/training them against the rules...

Watch out Londonderry here comes another blow to your program. With guys like this at the helm, no wonder you guys are always on this site.
