I have been following the MA forum and it seems that some GA and ECNL clubs are already sending offers for next year. When do Seacoast generally send GA offers to their players and is it possible to still take my daughter for practices with those teams even after they have sent offers? Thanks.

Early/mid May usually. Players been training last month, not sure about after.

You can attend practices they weren’t finished last year until June. I wouldn’t wait though and reach out asap.
