Coaching in Epping is pathetic...and that's being kind.

I was told there was a lot of interest in the Seacoast u19 team at MLS Next Fest held last week in AZ.

Apparently with the success of last year's team and how well this year's team is doing, SU is "on the map" according to some of the coaches that were there scouting.

They also had 2 kids play in the All Star game.

I heard the U15 MLS Next team is pretty strong as well with an all star on their team.

I tried to tell the poster above that but he was full of hate! I've seen most of their MLS teams training and they look very good, so hopefully they are taking things in the right direction.

Nah, the coaching is bad, the fields are not in that good condition, and their MLS teams are mediocre at best

Who do you recommend? The Bolts fair play arrangement is horrendous and they've lost a bunch of talent because of it. Valeo is a joke after U13 and U14. IFA is GPS 2.0, so who knows where they'll end up. NEFC is pretty good but, Mendon is not a good drive unless you live nearby.

Last year's SU U19 was top 5 nationally and they're U19's are quite strong again this year. My understanding is that most of those kids have come up through the ranks. Their player pool (NH and ME) is not the best either but, I feel like they could market the club much better esp in the Nashua/Manchester areas.

What is the fair play arrangement?
