ECNL RL comes to NH

What is the top team for north? This is what I mean what can I trust website says impact, but does north have ga2? Want to make sure.

From the GA-R info posted through GA and Aztec stuff posted it looks as if GA-R is only at the central location not the satellites. Maybe they are pooling girls or offering GA-R spots to North kids, but I would guess everything (practices and home games) are out of the main location. Just a parent trying to figure it out myself though, I don't know anything.

Why do you refuse to just ask the coach? Yes their job is to get players but no one is going to lie to your face and say it’s the top team if it’s not. “Hey coach, thanks for the offer. I see the league is listed as Impact. Can you confirm this is the top team for the age group at North?”

Plenty of jerks but no one is going to say yes your kid is in the top team if they aren’t. That’s silly. You want people to spoon feed you info here instead of asking the club. Those who need to know the league …the players and families…do. If you want to know ask the source.

Silly is that this bothers you so much.silly their website doesn’t reflect it and that parents you ask don’t even know. Ever think maybe someone doesn’t want to annoy a coach who isnt as responsive as I need. sounds like you confirmed they have GA2 for some teams thanks.

But parents etc aren’t usually going to know what’s going on, especially right now. Asking the club is unfortunately the only way.

Based on this thread I think it’s safe to assume they are still looking for players. In a completely unrelated note the next stars nh ID clinic will be held in the parking lot of the tynsboro sports facility right after the next Aztec north practice ends.

Stars puts players on multiple rosters. So you can be on two bad teams if you want to.

You laughed but sounds like Aztecs are falling apart. I think you can’t get a GA2 option and ECRL option both within 30 minutes of your home field and not expect kids to jump to a better known league if they’re interested in the next level.

You are correct. The Aztec kids do have options within a 30 minute drive to join the Academy Rising league or ecrl. One is in Lancaster where two of the actual ecrl teams are based or they could drive 30 minutes to join a rising team which just happens to be……Aztec! From my limited experience the kids leaving either aren’t good enough and they look elsewhere or they are too good and they try joining the stars national teams. Either way stars NH is a non factor.

Either way Aztecs are hanging their north region out to dry. Leave them out of the best leagues knowing competition is all around them. We thought about that program when my daughter wanted to move a few years back but ended up going further into MA. No regrets now. She is in HS with a couple of their girls and they say they are trying to find spots . Not wishing anything ill towards Aztecs. Just saying I feel their parent org treated them poorly and the kids are feeling it.

Aztec north will continue to serve a purpose. I get it those top Aztec teams keep hearing they will get the same opps like Jeff cup, pda or trip to nationals. They will find spots some great players lots of opportunity out there if they are actively looking. And if the parents decide to finally abandon ship.
