Get your facts straight and don't be misleading... they didn't play 11v11 state cup and didn't play World Cup A or Seacoast A or Granite A.

i hate to tell you they have played world cup and they have played granite and have played both team really well before so if you need to comment on a team that you know nothing about ask a parent whose child is on the team am i saying they are going to win you never know but i will tell you those girls will bring it

your right but this team has been playing 11v11 for almost 2 seasons now and in those 2 seasons they have been in the top 2 brackets of the maple league there are reasons they moved to maple to play

Sorry, misleading again and you are not doing a good service for Derry....who I actually think is a good team.

Maple does not have true top brackets at that age. While Maple does work to shuffle things around to try to make the brackets more competitive, it does not have a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd division until U13.

How about using a little punctuation? And I know for a fact they have never played 2 of those 3 teams ("A" teams anyway).

I believe that they are good but they are not even close to the caliber of the Seacoast teams in this age group.They may indeed make it to the final but I don't think they will get past Seacoast.

i agree must not have and they did not loose all their good players they have great goalie great defense so

to add to this there offense is also great maybe i am speaking like a parent but i have had other coaches and parents comment on how good my daughter and her teammates play

Yes, they played World Cup and lost.... to a team that was newly formed in the Fall. So, that doesn't support your other comments that they beat all the good teams.

Your lucky you don't have to worry about playing Seacoast this year as they are 8v8.Will be you and World cup I would imagine in the final.I'll guess world cup takes it.

I agree it is not the same team but let me tell you my daughter is on that team and they are a good team they try hard as for them bringing stars of mass players there is 2 and they were not at the game we had with another state cup team and we beat them 4-2 that was a friendly these 2 stars of mass players will be a welcome addition but to imply we need them to beat teams is wrong

While this is a very good team...they are not a town team, the girls are from all over and they do not even use the same trainers as the rest of Derry soccer. They hire their own trainers. So basically this is a 1 team club using Derry soccer as an umbrella. They are fun to watch,, but a very direct game. The stars girls are girls who used to play for this team but got recruited to the stars and are coming back to help with the state cup ( I believe but could be wrong)

Derry team is a town team..to say its a team made up of girls from other towns has nothing to do with it being considered a club team. Any town team can have players come from wherever and join a team. As far as the girls from Stars one is a player who was an existing player one was not they are helping the team due to lack of subs. Derry B team gals wont sub for this team for many reasons.

Looks like every club is a town team then. You have different trainers and you have non-residents... how is that not like every other club that you were bashing.

I don't think that anyone was bashing any team but yes we do have a different trainer because we as parents hired the trainer, personally i do not know alot about soccer and I am sure that all these teams have great players and some that not as good but for people to say that they lost all their good players is wrong so they are not going to win is also wrong you never know what is going to happen. I give all these athletes on all the teams alot of credit because most do not play for just one team (super y, odp, school team,and other sports) I guess my point is that all want to win but to put stress on these girls is bad and they should just try hard do your best and have fun
