This does not sound like a person looking forward to “discovery”
Rudy Giuliani spent a week desperately dodging being served a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems after publicly suggesting he welcomed the legal challenge, the New York Daily News reported Monday evening.
A source told the Daily News that lawyers for the voting technologies company had hired process servers to hand Giuliani its hefty 107-page lawsuit after the lawyer for former President Donald Trump had ignored requests to accept it via email.
“After not responding to requests to waive service, Mr. Giuliani evaded in-person service of process for nearly a week,” said Tom Clare, an attorney for Dominion. “It took numerous attempts, at both his home and office, before we were able to successfully serve Mr. Giuliani on February 10.”

Actually, even as slow and grammatically challenged as you are, I'm sure you understand this concept. You surely understand that Biden can't just snap his fingers and make the pandemic and deaths disappear. It will take months for Biden to fix the 1 year of ineptitude under Trump.
I kept asking you to point us to Trump's plan to combat the pandemic and you were NEVER able to find it. But you still claim that Biden is following some Trump plan that never existed.
Can't wait for you to respond to this with your typical libby insult rather than addressing the substance.
Right, got it.

Right, got it.
He did inherit the Covid. You agree. Great. Trump never ever had a plan to combat it. Even Fauci and Birx say he screwed up royally. Trump's incompetent administration couldn't come up with any national plan for a full year as this raged. There are others to blame but Trump was in charge and he blew it big time. Biden came in and now has to clean it up. But according to Trumpies Biden should just have made it magically disappear on January 21.
The stock market has gone up over 20% since the November 3 elections. That's a reaction to Biden's election and his policies. Trump inherited Obama's healthy stock market, job market and economy. Built on it and then flushed it down the drain with his Covid response, leaving the nation mired in the worst unemployment rate of any incoming president, by a lot. Trump definitely gets credit for maintaining a strong economy, juiced up by $2.1 trillion tax cut to the wealth and corporations in a thriving economy. So yes, he gets credit for that just like he takes some blame for the miserable job market. And I'm sure you know that the stock market is forward looking. The market shot up after the elections because of Biden's policies but he did take over a strong stock market. So Trump does get credit.
He also gets credit for policies that helped the vaccine get rolled out. There were numerous factors that went into it, but the government providing funding was a very good move. See Trump got credit for a good policy. But that's not enough for you. You want Trump to get all of the credit for a vaccine that he played a role in speeding through but you accept zero blame for the very real fact that he had absolutely no vaccine distribution and administration plan -- none. And you don't want to give credit to Biden for establishing a plan that has dramatically ramped up administration of the vaccine, which will only be sped up over the weeks.
So tell me what credit you give Biden for the state of the stock market and the dramatically falling infection rates, hospitalizations and deaths. Oh, and the doubling of vaccine administrations rates?

What I don't understand is why any concerned citizen (whether you are liberal or conservative) thinks any of this is ok? to be indoctrinated and brainwashed by news media.

Biden's plans and timelines for the pandemic are all of the web and there are real tangible measures that he's already instituted and about which you clearly know nothing. I point you to the plans and you can't even read them. In fact, many of the action plans detailed in Biden's plan have already been implemented.
Then I ask you for Trump's plan and you have not responded a single time to that challenge. Not even a thing in print laying out Trump's national coordinated response -- that never existed. His plan was heard immunity, as his leading and humiliated "expert" Scott Atlas admitted. What a dummy you are.

Healthier demographic. Not so many “mobility” scooters like the ones the pro-Trump demographic favor
