Looking through some of the season ending events coming up and the big one seems to be the USYSL eastern regional’s in New Jersey.

Can someone explain to me how team that finishes fifth in their flight and wins only two league games qualifies for the eastern regionals?

There’s some quality teams in that event, several age groups top 10 nationally ranked teams
