Do you have REAL coaching experience? Do you know what good youth coaching is? I
Do. I’ve been to La Masia and Real Madrid’s academies to spend time at those organiztions. I know what real coaching is.

LR is good. Sure, he can be a bit demonstrative at times, but he works hard consistently and is trying to get players to make the right play each time.

I have also seen TOXIC coaches and he is not one of those.

Did you READ my comment? Do you have REAL reading experience? I do. And looking back at my own comment, I said constant coaching doesn’t necessarily equal good coaching. Nor does it equal toxic coaching. As in, based on the comment it was impossible to tell if that guy was good, toxic, or somewhere in between. Once again, I do not know the guy! Congrats on your REAL coaching experience. Seems to be serving you well on TS, for sure. 👍👍

        Dear clown show,

I did not go to Spain as a coach but as an investor. Looking at investing in those clubs. Take your assessment of a coach you have never met and stuff it in your pie hole.

🤣 Lol My point was that I’m NOT assessing him and that likely no one else could based on the comment you made. Perhaps more specific information would have been helpful. But here we are.

You sound like the classic American investor in soccer (ie: Glazers, Kronke, Gillette and Hicks, etc…)
You go and watch a session and a match and now think you’re an expert.
            Bet you’ve never even played.

Let’s get back on topic and start dishing on the toxic coaches.
Jose Mourhino is first on my list.

Yes- I'd agree - he coached my daughter in college- created poor team culture and eventually was let go when the school had enough.

EK at NEFC, former mens college coach at BC. My son played for him on club. He was brutal, swearing left and right in practices, on game days .

Any thread about toxic coaches that doesn't mention SM isn't doing it justice.

We get it. You don’t like SM.
