So coaches at Select first. Stole teams and brought them to Scorpions. Spent a few years there before again stealing teams to start the South Shore Region of NEFC. Spent a few years with NEFC and is now stealing an entire region to bring them to Bolts.

Well he gets plenty of followers! He developed our daughter years ago and he’s still the best coach we’ve come across to this day! We by the way did not follow him for logistical reasons but anyone would be lucky to have him as a coach!

FI will be the one to who sours the BA-LL relationship

These new Bolts teams will regularly beat up the Select 3-4-5th teams

Will be interesting to hear if FI has to report to DW or if they make DW regional Boys Director and FI the Girls Director and let them each kind of run their own thing

DW already got all the boys teams that regularly practiced at UP to Bolts after GPS SS failed besides Mass City

That was the first thing I thought of. I'm wondering how this might affect the Bolts/Select arrangement. Last I heard was they partnered in the Middlesex Region to form the Select North Impact NPL teams.

It was also recently announced that Boston Bolts West Girls is heading to Impact NPL next fall. With the power that LL has over Impact, I wonder if this new Bolts Girls East Region would put that arrangement in jeopardy. And, if so, would DPL be an option?

Well LL actively blackballed NEFC SS and Seacoast MA from the DPL this time last year. Unless the relationship with Bolts survives, I can't see her letting Bolts East Region in as local competition.

The Impact teams obviously need talent infusion, so what you do is combine the Bolts East and Select Talent pool for GAL and Impact

You demote a bunch of the current impact players to either NEP NPL or Premiership

You market Select Brand for teams 3-5 for the girls from the wealthier towns like Duxbury, Cohasset, Scituate, Norwell, Hingham

You market the Bolts brand for the more blue collar towns families, Braintree, Weymouth, Quincy, Rockland…. also Bolts will not have indoor facility and probably slight cheaper tuition,

This piggy backs on what they are already doing in Middlesex Area.

Yes offers for GA have been out with deadlines that was Mother’s Day
Impact offers are not out to my knowledge and that might be why? They are still in the middle of tryouts and hoping to take a bunch of NEFC SS players on

Just telling…. Interesting….no tryouts this year because FI is screwing NEFC SS.

Is he suppose to stay at NEFC for life?
I get it’s not a good look to leave for another club and players leave with him. But that’s on the parents that follow him. I’m sure he’s not giving them deals at select if he is going there.
Put it this way if you like a restaurant because the chef is good that chef leaves to go to a restaurant the next town over. Do you stay at the old restaurant or follow the chef to a new restaurant? Especially if the old restaurant doesn’t have backup plan?
Also bigger issue is why would NEFC give so much power to one person?
I’m sure they had to know something like this would happen no? Not like this is the first time he has left for another club.
I’m thinking NEFC doesn’t care about the south shore region maybe it didn’t bring in enough money for them to care if he leaves and the region falls? This is the second time NEFC has tried to have some teams on the south shore.

Except that he's kept everyone in the dark and thus providing those players and parents a slim window to find another option. So many clubs have been giving out their early offers and tryouts for all leagues except NEP have been ongoing.
