The next time FI cuts a kid will be the 1st time. It's all about and only about $ to FI. Why would he cut a kid when all he sees is $3000 per kid.

When he gets to select in a month as a coach then maybe he will cut the 25th girl on his team, but now all he will see coaching at select is $5000 a kid, 40% more per kid than he is used to. FI=MONEYMAN!!! That is why he is such a good get for select. He will fit in perfect over there. $$$$$$$$

To clarify FI is not getting 3 grand NEFC is. People don’t realize part of his job is to bring money to NEFC that’s how he keeps his job. If his numbers drop NEFC drops him. He could he the best coach in the world if he only has a few teams doesn’t make sense for NEFC to pay him a salary.

Maybe FI is getting tired of having to go out and recruit kids and run a whole region?
Maybe select came to him with a good offer for less work. Maybe he’s getting another job out side of soccer? In the end who cares it’s just something to talk about. For the people that don’t like don’t send your kid there.
