It’s not a farce. Again, same pool of players if another entity had the ECNL tag. Why would it be ok for another club to put together a third local ECNL team but not for Stars White. It would be the same team! As another poster said, the two stars groups are run very distinctly as separate entities. They do not intermingle (I’ll say rarely- just in case someone throws out the odd example of a joint practice or something like that)

Two kids and never seen it happen! Any movement is made at end of year. So player not offered contract on blue team (read cut), white team can pick them up. I suppose it can go visa versa but have not seen that happen. Regional player does great, blue team can pull them up. If they don’t want player, white team can pull them. Now, go back and everywhere you see white, insert Scorps or CFC. See how that works?

This has been my experience. There are no mid year exchanges of players between B/W.
If players are needed mid year they are called up from -R teams. If there is movement between B/W it is at change in year and is equivalent to player changing clubs

Movement between blue and white is the same as movement between scorpions and white. Happens as a club change. They can not move between clubs in season

Only from a financial and protected status by ECNL leadership. On the pitch, they are separate.

100% they are not swapping rosters. They may practice/scrimmage together on occasion but even that is rare. If you have an example of a player that switched, I believe you. not a common practice and as prior poster said, it was approved by parents, club, league

Yes, but they don't do it. All the moves I've seen have come at the end of the season. Occasionally, a kid will go mid season to scorpions if stars just wants to be rid of the parents and agrees. But they generally don't do that between blue & white.
