Why even bother with this question? This is good news - weeks overdue - but good news. Clubs can definitely figure out how to play games out of state until it's clear they can host. This is MUCH better than where we are now...

So glad!!!!! Now we can have the RI teams at tournaments without Karen’s freaking out. Open up the states. Next step, get rid of kids playing in masks. Most states are not requiring masks while playing outdoors.

It might as well say people are advised to wash their hands and not cough on each other. As of Monday people can come and go as they please, period. No restrictions what so ever.

Yes, it's basic hygiene, common sense, and common courtesy. I think that's the point. We don't need Big Brother looking over our shoulders demanding we wash our hands, or else.

They are "urged" to. Meaning there's no requirement.

I agree there is no requirement, but where is the "urged to" coming from?

"As of Monday, March 22, all visitors entering Massachusetts, including returning residents, are advised to quarantine for 10 days upon their arrival."

This is politician speak for opening things up without looking 'irresponsible'. Baker doesn't want to be lumped in with the Texas and Florida governors so he wrote this politically c-y-a mush.
