Not sure how much these additions mean. As long as the northeast is strong then the rest will sort out at showcases. Northeast teams can match up with the same ecnl region. The exception may be pda which is just better in just about every age group

Why would coaches stop going? As long as kids who express interest in their programs are playing in the league, they will attend. Its not about finding the very best players. Its about a wide range of schools of very different soccer ability finding the best players for them. Thats the joke. the UNC, UVA,FSU,Duke,PSU starter has far less to gain from these showcases than mid level players do. Solution from the bigger leagues is to separate showcases from competitions and create more travel.

When PDA play a bad team, there are still coaches there watching players on the other team.

They are improving quality by adding teams that cover the USA better. Quality is more than just adding teams that you think are "better" today. If you want to be a national league, you need national coverage. You dont need to have the best teams today or ever. There is demand for female soccer players of varying talent, academic ambition and goals fro across the country. GAL should be adding clubs.

You are so arrogant you can’t imagine that there are good players that choose to play somewhere else. You can keep your crappy coaches and mediocre teams, plenty of us are happy paying for NEFC and in the GA. You do realize

1) top NT prospects go to the league that provides them the best chance of selection - and that USSF pressured NT players to go to GDA?
2) Clubs and leagues don't make players
3) your kid will never be an NT player so why do you care if NEFC has NT players? Worry about what a club does for your kid, not anyone else's

Stars had 2 also, and would beat NEFC by a touchdown.
