ECNL got stronger, GA lost two solid clubs. Anyone that pretends to know the strengths and weakness of various age groups at the Kansas Rush, Bridge City, BVB, etc.. are lying. I’ll have an open mind and guess they aren’t as strong top to bottom but probably have some decent age groups. It may give families in those areas another option to reduce travel and still play competitive games. I know, I know.. its not ECNL competitive. Long term its a good play for GA, short term its a definite loss. Time will tell but its uphill for GA -

Doesn't really matter what clubs join GA or ECNL. All that matters is where the top 50 clubs in the country play so when you have showcases the clubs get quality coaches to attend and right now the vast majority of the best clubs play in ECNL.
