I also ask that you be tolerant of those whose context and cultural experience differs from yours. Nothing is one-size fits all in this world and we must learn to be more inclusive in our approach.

Agreed. And that's exactly what all parties are doing from families, clubs, airlines, hotels, leagues, facilities, etc. Everyone is following the recommended guidelines of experts. Mandatory quarantine and suspension of practice week before travel, wearing masks, limiting attendance on sidelines, etc.

There two parties on either side of any trade. Both are under expert guidance, yet one wants to sell and the other wants to buy. As stated previously, everyone has their own context, and within that context may come to different conclusions. That's they way the world works. I respect your decision, but I have little respect for your desire to force your conclusions and recommendations on me or others. Perhaps a class on growth mindset? Or maybe your company has videos on diversity and inclusion that you could review.

My experience with the major clubs is that they are all trying to adhere to the guidelines in effect at the time. If they can adhere to the guidelines and have practices and games then they have practices and games under whatever modifications are required. If they can't have practices and games because the guidelines don't allow it then they don't have practices and games. It's simple. You are the one substituting your own view as to what is appropriate for the guidelines set up by the experts you are touting. If the state guidelines allow clubs to travel and play by following certain procedures and the clubs follow those procedures then it's kind of stupid for you to come on here and call out the clubs for not adhering to what the "experts" are suggesting.

There is a reason that most Northeast clubs, including premier clubs like PDA that would normally send teams are not traveling to Florida right now. They are respecting the guidance that is asking people to please avoid traveling at this time.

Honestly, seems like a waste of time. If there wasn't a recruiting black-out, you could make an argument. But, now....seems like an unnecessary risk for very little reward.
