No.
The lifting of all restrictions will not fix the service and hospitality revenue problem. Too many folk will follow the guidelines and do their best to not contract nor spread the covid. It may take years for things to return to normal.
It will take even longer and cause more pain to said industries if people remain selfish, stupid, ignorant, and Trump supporters.

Show some compassion for other people and learn to be more inclusive of those whose context differs from yours. Seek to understand that context before applying what I know to you is a de-humanizing label (Trump supporter, con) that dismisses people and their viewpoints. Just goes to show, despite all of "education" infrastructure in MA, tolerance is oft defeated by ignorance and mono-culture. Think like me, be like me, or your dumb

They are all separate adjectives, able to stand on their own.
You assigned them all to trump voters. I did not.
But, if the shoe fits...

Restaurants can do take out but total volume is still down and when you've got rent and other bills to pay it's a struggle to stay afloat. Forget bars for take out. Small music venues may never reopen having lost door sales and booze. $600 to everyone is a waste of money - many people are working and don't "need" the money.
The only way to help anyone is to seemingly help everyone or nothing will ever ever happen.
