Yes, obviously that is a problem. They face risk not getting medical services, and they face risk showing up for care. That's part of why it's not a complete solution to simply wait it out until this is all over.
While there may be delays because Covid protocols slow things down, there is no reason to not seek medical care. Hasn't been since May.

Is that supposed to be clever or something? Travel is constrained because of the virus... internationally, domesticly...in fact please stay in you own damn county for now if you can until the spread is better controlled.

You don't actually know better about how to handle this problem then experienced professional no matter how many pithy dumb posts you make

People are held accountable if they drive drink, don't put seat belts on their kids, smoke in enclosed spaces. Why? Because some people think they're more important than others or the law. Selfish stupid people are a reality of society so how do you get them to act? Yeah, sometimes a hammer is needed. Nothing wrong with a fine for not following state rules on quarantining or even not wearing a mask. Protecting your own health while also looking out for the rest of society certainly isn't in keeping with Naziism is it? You cons are terrible at trying to make associations.

Our ecnl club plays games with refs and coaches and provides the video to all the families. This is being sent out by players and recruiting is taking place virtually.

This employs the club staff and refs. Allows for recruiting and the players do not need to travel out of state. This is entirely possible and solves lots of issues.
Same. This is a good approach for the time being.

It's 300k (so far) despite massive shutdowns, a trashed economy, many families refusing to gather for holidays, schools shut down in the spring, very limited travel, etc.

If we had gone the Sweden route, what would the number be right now? It would be 2-3x higher, maybe more? The models seem to be all over the place, but it's probably fair to assume that we would have lost >1 million if we had simply done nothing and ignored it.

This is a terrible situation but the solution does not seem to be rocket science. Other advanced economies have done better at controlling the virus and getting their economies back on track. Pay attention to how they are successful and use those strategies.

Even Sweden said they made a big mistake. They now have per capita numbers similar to ours. So much for that herd immunity theory - which really is about when enough people in society are VACCINATED, not that enough have had a disease.

And they are not flying their kids around on airplanes to play soccer.

Covid has shown which clubs are able to step up and still deliver as much as possible to their customers and which are half-azzed. Doing as described in that post isn't that hard, it just takes some organization and motivation.

It is not that hard. Most NE clubs are not going to Florida event and their players are being recruited.

I am going to FL, and I think COVID deaths are over-estimated (died with, not from), but I do support wearing Masks and many of the state and national restrictions. I also think that your estimates are probably right. Had we done NOTHING, many more people living in many more densely populated cities would have died. No question in MY mind.

Similarly, I know what I do, what I don't do, and I feel we are doing our part to manage risk to ourselves and others such as having mom over outside on XMAS eve, and skipping xmas with extended family. What I don't appreciate is someone else telling me what is and isn't responsible for my family. Flying is safe in my opinion. Renting a car is safe. Staying with our daughter in a hotel room is safe, and watching a soccer game outside is safe. When I come home, I will quarantine until I have a negative test.

The " someone" that is commenting on what you do are the experienced experts at health departments.
                                ..not random know nothings.

I don't understand why we are not listening to these knowledgeable voices and respecting their expertise.
