          Looks like the only change is "no contact soccer" is in step 1. That just means we can run drills that have minimal contact.

I have been told that outdoor soccer will be considered a moderate risk sport where parents have to wear masks but players do not. Indoor soccer will remain high risk for all the reasons that have been discussed at length on this site.

                      the document was updated. soccer is now classified the same as baseball and scrimmages and games can begin. tournaments are not allowed until the last phase
