If you are seriously considering whether to go with a particular coach step one is to get yourself off of TS. You will find zero useful info here in part because even if by some miracle some useful info is posted you have no way of distinguishing it from the crap that most certainly will be posted.

Who or what is DG -a Dick Gobbler?

My 2 cents about DG is she is a great coach. She understands the game and how to coach little kids. My daughter played for her as a u-little and now she plays in the most competitive league in the country the GAL. DG definitely got my daughter ready for GAL.

Ok, first DG is not a good coach. She is a bully and teaches players to play like thugs. Second, GAL is not the most competitive league in the country. I am not an ECNL fan but based on the clubs in both ECNL and GAL you need to do some research and stop drinking the Kool-Aid. My daughter played for DG while at SSS. She now plays in NEP trying to get back to a higher level because DG ruined soccer for her. Her new coach actually knows the game and promotes the love of the game first.

She’s a horrific coach. She definitely should not be around little kids. She certainly does not create a team environment AT ALL!! She definitely bullies/favors kids and says very inappropriate things to children causing them to loose interest in the game. She may know what she’s talking about but her coaching skills definitely do NOT motivate children.

I can't imagine anyone, DG or others, would really care what people say on TS. I don't think ADs are looking at TS to decide whom to hire.
