Am I correct that the Irwin cup results will have no effect on fall placement for either of the two Stars teams, Scorpions or Crusaders?

All teams that played today will be in D1 this fall.
Today's results will however affect SC seeding for next year.

For the boys:
Blazers 1 vs Stars 0 (OT)
Puma 3 vs WU 1
Eagles 5 vs Pioneers 1
Bolts 10+ vs Bayside 0
There could be some errors in exact #'s but this is close.

Round Robin Bye Irwin cup
Looks like the bye from round robin may have been a factor on the girls side.

The bye affected most if not all teams. The Scorps were also disrupted by the coaching mess and awful officiating.

Bye
The bye and officiating wasnt to blame this weekend. What was proved was the old saying,"size matters."

Bolts and Blazers in the Finals???
One of the 2 definitley won't be there.
NEFC U13 team next year should be quite fun to watch given that the A team will be a combination of 2 of the teams in the semis.
Blazers and Bolts better make the most of their chance tomorrow.
