All that really matters is the team at the age of interest to you. If the older teams or younger teams are great with great coaching - it really does you player no good. You need to look at the offerings available to at your player's age group.

No club not on it is snubbed. It is formulaic and the clubs that benefit from the formula are on it. Included in the formula are invitations to ussf training centers and camps. ussf makes sure to basically only extend those to DA clubs and there are still residuals in there from when they extended them to ecnl players, so the list is inherently biased to DA and ecnl clubs.

This makes sense as these are the priciest club options and have many high income customers. Those are the families soccer wire advertisers are targeting.

This list by design is heavily skewed towards top dollar luxury style youth clubs that play in heavy travel, heavy cost national leagues. It is specifically designed to skew towards gda clubs

How they calculate the algorithm is explained at the top of the list. Driven by stats that are gathered without needing to speak to or observe a single employee or player at these clubs. If you respect that methodology and think they stats they choose to put in the formula are meaningful or valuable, then make use of the list. If you do not respecto that methodology, don't pay too much attention to the list.
