Instead of traveling to play top end competition like Real Colorado, you will travel across the country to national events to play whatever not great replacement club they can find to make a league, just like you are doing now in NE GDA.

But, how does that affect the travel? Still same travel, no?

If you're in GDA you should care. Competitive quality continues to go down, both locally and nationally. There just aren't other quality clubs to fill holes left by departing clubs

Disagree. If GDA substantially weakens across the country with the power clubs heading to ECNL, it will absolutely have ripple effects here in NE.

There's been at least 12 quality clubs that have left since GDA inception. Slots get filled with clubs like Seacoast. But hey if you guys are happy....

It means that there will be less coaches at National Playoffs in Oceanside.
Likely little effect for now, but as DA slides nationally, it's value erodes locally.

While these clubs don’t affect our Region, it’s still interesting that Real Colorado,a big club that has produced Nat’l team players and colleges players, only a year ago dropped ECNL in favor or DA. Now they reverse course so you have to wonder what drove that decision.
