This may sound harsh, but I’m wondering when the coaches will have the balls to finally start walking outta that dump.

The obvious question that we‘re all asking is “When will the organization collapse altogether?”
Legacy is trying to reassure us in order to avoid a mass exodus, but they have so many of us there that are fully resigned to the fact that the goose is already cooked and so many others that are ridiculously bitter and depressed about the continuous flow of coworkers walking out the door and the drama associated with each new departure.
Behind the curtain, it is simply a big divorce with both sides being completely screwed up and incapable of keeping things together. The old bosses are messaging many of us to join the new club but there are so many questions about how that will even get off the ground. Legacy is watching every move and trying to convince us to stay. We are being forced to choose sides but we just want a fresh start somewhere else.
Given that attractive job opportunities in this field are not unlimited, many of us are worried about being the last rat off the sinking ship. We wonder how many coaches can the industry absorb before all the good jobs are spoken for. We are worried about our livelihoods and it is impossible to trust anyone. We have each been lied to so many times. Many don’t want to return home but fear we will have no choice. It is an impossible situation, as you feel hard done by your employer but also afraid that you have been too loyal for too long.

This is some scary stuff. There are coaches that are afraid of losing their visas, who now have ties here, who have have little to go home to, and are afraid that there lives are about to go down the toilet.

Challenger sports
UK Elite
UK International
GPS
British Soccer Camps
Rush Soccer
All have one thing in common and that’s their business practices. GPS simply got to big and to greedy to hide its wrong doings but believe me when I tell you that America is riddled with soccer companies big and small bringing coaches over illegally and making them work under poor conditions usually for little pay and often get no thanks.
Anyone who as ever attended one of these cookie cutter summer camps from the 4 companies listed above will say the same the coaches are poor usually not much older than HS kids and have little experience coaching but they are cheap labor, have an accent and can hand out free camp t-shirts while organizing a scrimmage and we all love a free camp T-shirt so we sign up every summer to get the kids out the house.

I think you can add juventus, nefc, bolts, etc.....to that list. Seriously this is a huge problem across youth soccer.

Thanks Mr. GPS Manager for trying to lump the other successful clubs in the region in with GPS. It’s not happening though. These clubs didn’t take the slave labor route like GPS. They actually pay their employees well.

This is exactly why GPS is on the about to collapse. When confronted with this problem many, many times over the years they have ALWAYS chosen to continue with their dirty business practices. They never once stopped and tried to fix the problem. Instead, if anything, they just cheated even more.
