It feels like organized crime has infiltrated youth sports. If you look at all of this objectively, you can't help but see the parallels between GPS and a true criminal organization.

Please do not compare this to Human Trafficing. You speak on something you absolutely nothing about. I see that GPS is the lowest of the low but out of respect to victims of Human Trafficing it’s not nearly the same thing. These coaches NEED to get together and find out what they are owed. A class action lawsuit perhaps. I’m of the understanding that the Former GPS
Executives are in the process of starting up a New Club. This should not be allowed on any level within Ma Youth. I don’t care Town,NSL,NEP,EDP,NPL or ECNL. The people who run these leagues must do their Due Diligance to make sure this does not happen ever again. Clean up the mess that has been created first and foremost. Make it right!!!!

If you look at what the poster said more closely, I think you will see that you misunderstood. The past practices of CETUSA were like human trafficking. They took young helpless people to a new country without a way to return home and made them work a job they didn't want for little pay in horrible, dangerous conditions.
ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL DEFINITION, HUMAN TRAFFICKING MEANS: “THE RECRUITMENT, TRANSPORTATION, TRANSFER, HARBORING OR PURCHASE OF PERSONS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF EXPLOITATION.”

There is no way the former executives of GPS should be allowed to set up a new club. Any league that accepts them should be shut down.

Ok. I’m trying to split hairs. At the end of the day GPS Employees were treated horribly, taken advantage of, over worked and grossly underpaid while the rich got richer and everyone else didn’t get a damn thing. That’s All.

What steps are being taken to prevent these former GPS execs from being able to start up their new club? That is disgusting. Some people have no basic sense of right and wrong. They need to be sent home (and that does not mean Natick).

The much-needed reform will go a long way to improving the player development environment across the state to the level that our children deserve.
We need to get organized and demand more from the youth soccer clubs.

In what regard? Not aware that those clubs have multi billion dollar hedge fund owners trying to squeeze out every last nickel? Or that those clubs systematically abuse their employees? Or that they regularly break immigration, labor, and tax laws in the name of higher profits? What are we missing here?
