Stars registration ended on 8/5, NEFC just ended yesterday. So maybe by Monday or Tuesday? Because there's no way they built brackets and then just updated as necessary as later teams registered. That would be way too efficient.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

I didn't say to publish it before finalized, I meant to have a working draft in their office.
