Smart move, no need to rush as long as they are communicating with the families.

Why would anyone other than cm or bb waste time posting here. I am sure pt and rp are busy with their own lives and families.

The Scorps have gone from a pretty average coaching line up to one of the weakest of the bigger clubs. How on earth can FM, KC etc coach 3 - 4 teams effectively? Not possible. This time will be remembered as the beginning of the end for a great club.

Many of the Stars coaches coach 3-4 teams. It can be done especially when their families are grown or they don't have kids of their own.

Five coaches are coaching two teams each.
Four coaches are coaching three teams each.
Two coaches are coaching four teams each.
Two are TBA.
For a total of 34 teams.

Scorpions:
13 coaches are coaching one team each.
Two coaches are coaching two teams each.
One coach is coaching three teams.
One coach is coaching four teams.
Two are question staff, and one team is TBA.
For a total of 27 teams.

MPS:
120 teams, which I was unable to find a list of coaches.

I would say the above clubs are at least perceived to be three of the stronger clubs in Massachusetts. All with multiple coaches, coaching multiple teams. Too bad none are running an effective club! :p

from a toally unbiased view.... I am not involved with either club, but look at the credentilas of both sets of staff. Not even close.

Why can the Scorps not attract, or keep hold of decent staff?

I was there...8 hours total. Never saw either one of them there.
