Ludlow has a great season playing against competition that is a step below eastern mass division 1 and has had an extra day of rest.
Wellesley plays in a tough athletic league and has had to fight for most games. Wellesley has been on a roll since losing to Needham.
Unless someone is going to tell me that Ludlow is very strong and has 1-2 All American possibilities I will favor Wellesley.

Midway through the first half of division 1 final. Is Massachusetts high school soccer this bad? Don't usually go to high school games but I figured the championship would be worth seeing. Boy was I wrong. this is discouraging. Just boot the ball and hope for the best. Wow what a long Thread about nothing.

Ludlow had more dangerous chances in the first half. Wellesley goalkeeper makes an incredible save to keep it 0-0. There is no way Wellesley is the better team after what I have seen in the first half. I am not impressed with Eastern Mass soccer. Are you?

Can you read? I don't usually come to high school games. For fear of exactly something like this. I figured the championship would have to be better. There has been one shot on net so far. And that was Ludlow. Score 0-0 at the half. I will give Ludlow credit that they can at least play. But I see nothing from Wellesley. Not a kid on the field that could play division 2 college soccer.

Blah blah blah. This is the biggest stage for most of the boys they will ever be in for there athletic careers. Probably the most people they have ever played in front of. Way bigger than any club game they could play in. I’m not surprised the level of play is less than great. Nerves will play a role as well. Ease up buddy. Please don’t tell me how great your sons club team is. It’s just not true.

Hopefully they have a different ref than semi final. Totally favored ludlow. Handed them the game with freekicks. Terrible ref fix was the worst of the worst. Shameful! Embarrassment to MIAA!
