Loomis lost a lot. Will struggle to rebuild this year for sure, especially with fewer and fewer GDA waivers in every future year.

Well, that is certainly one way to look at it. Thayer and Tabor.
Last time I checked, Nobles has several D1 commits who have found a way to score just like those previous teams mentioned above. Stout defense/ GK will help determine who sits on top at the end of the season. BBN will likely be a tough one as well.
