Ok, so the tide has turned, Boston Bolts are the 'in" thing again with their full Academy program, their recent college DA matriculation list they've been marketing and their ability to pry top players from the Revs and handing out private HS waivers to certain studs.
Keep in mind tides turn quickly. All cyclical.
