Think that was some sort of jv between youth club and NWSL club; Reign have not yet announced they are out, although Seattle United has gone All in for ECNL.

Seattle United had a partnership with Reign from its inception but discontinued it a few months ago and applied for ECNL. Reign is now partnered with Eastside FC.

Penn Fusion is in a similar situation. Were in ECNL last year, chose GDA and left girls ECNL. On the boys side they are ECNL. I wonder if they will dump GDA and be "all-in" with ECNL.
