Longtime Region I and Eastern Pennsylvania soccer administrator Charlotte Moran passed away Monday morning following a long battle with cancer.

Read about her contribution to girl's youth soccer in America as well as opportunities to help promote the 3v3 tournament in Charlotte's name to raise funds for the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Research.
