New breakdowns are u18/19, u17/16, u15, u14, u13, u12. For whatever reason DA didn't adopt the mandated age change until this season.

That said, no there isn't room. they barely make room or time for the older teams.

The U13 team training will be outsourced to the Alliance clubs. Players will train with their local clubs in the Revs Way during the week (reduces travel times to practice!) and then assemble like Power Rangers for matches on the weekend.

I'm sure you're joking here, but the scary thing is that the sentiment is almost on target. Revs would do anything to shirk the responsibility of developing players onto someone else.

Then they gobble them up at the older ages, drop the few they have psuedo-developed, in order to do ok in the league. That's their formula - talent acquisition.
