Nobody is saying you can't be an athlete. But, to bring it closer to a sport most of you understand, there's a reason why JaMarcus Russell wasn't as good as Tom Brady....

Perfect analogy. JaMarcus was great in college where he could ride his athleticism. The US Women still do that sometimes at the international level. Once the other countries catch up a bit athletically, the soccer IQ piece may start to dominate, like it does on the men's side.

You are so right. NEFC has just become a feeder system now. How quickly things change after listening to their obnoxious u-little parents brag for a few years how amazing NEFC 07 is. How is that working out now crazy NEFC parents????….NOT SO GOOD!!!!!!! Im betting NEFC wont even make the GAG playoffs next year and that is impossible to accomplish.
