This comes up over and over yet not a single poster can point to what he is doing wrong or not doing. Is it just the wins?

One view - the girls are strong individually - and JB deserves some credit for that - BUT they don't play effectively as a team. Even teams Blue beats often play a better team game. There is concern he has trouble teaching that part of the game to young players, gets frustrated and creates a negative tone around the team. Others might say the team has been in constant flux so it's no surprise they haven't been able to put it together yet (others would blame JB for the flux too).

For all the complaining you do, why can’t one of you Blue parents point to anything more concrete than development or team play? Sounds like nothing more than the grumblings of parents who don’t even know what they are watching but hate that little Mia’s team isn’t racking up the wins.

They are pretty broad, general categories that have different meaning to different people. Is their technique not improving? Their confidence on the ball? Decision making? Are they lacking in communication? Tactical awareness?

You blame the coach for a lack of development or not enough team play but you can’t point to anything more specific? Sounds like feelings more than an informed opinion to me.

In one breath it’s- “there’s only 4 original players on this team”, in the next breath it’s “JB deserves credit for developing strong players”. Strong players that were developed elsewhere you mean?
