Any parents/kids switching back the other way? My kid is a high level player but not a super-duper superstar and she wants to enjoy her experience (play more). What happens to displaced ECNL kids these days (still quality soccer players no shame)... there are a bunch of kids out there that haven't made the leap yet.

I believe you find a coach you think will develop your kid to the best of her abilities where she can play on a team where she gets solid playing time in a league with reasonable competition. The club is secondary for the moment. Then you see where it goes. If she makes a leap - great, you’ve given her the best chance to do so. If she doesn’t - hopefully she can continue to enjoy a great game as a good player.

Playing is the most important factor. Playing for a team you like, playing for a club you like, playing in a competitive environment, playing for a coach you like, enjoying playing. But, playing trumps all.
Our club has picked up 3 players who came from ECNL-R teams.

But no PDA ECNL Blue? That’s weird.

Sounds like a great idea. You get your degree saying you’ve received your higher education. The first thing you do is go to a big party during a pandemic.
