Scorpions 2006 team has improved dramatically from year 1 to year 2 under EB. Much better metric than wins and losses at this age.

Agree the 06 team is very competitive in their ECNL division, but the 07's need some additional talent and depth. There are girls on that team that don't belong at an ECNL level.

Yea, as compared to DA. The 06 Northeast isnt great. Finishing 3-2-3 behind your local Stars team is fine if you like mediocrity. Don’t want to hijack... back to 07 discussion where the Scorps record is even worse

3-2-3 at this age shows you are in the correct league and being tested, which will further your development. Going 8-0 or 0-8 really doesn't do anyone any good, other than to pump up the FB likes.

What’s the metric you’re referring to?

How about possession stats? How about chances created? How about were goals scored in run of ply or set pieces? I could go on. Lots of metrics that can be measured and show a team showing improvement year over year or season over season. This isn’t rocket science... not that you were a rocket scientist as a former pro player...

Who is keeping these metrics for youth games? Scorpions? Maybe you can share to demonstrate the improvement of the 06 group using metrics.
