I was talking about FC Stars ECNL Blue regional.
5-1 loss to FCUSA in the Coastal Cup.
I assume there must be a FC Stars Blue National team as well? I couldn't
find them.

Not impressed with ENCL group. I'd say NPL B is top of the list.
FCUSA took FC Stars Blue ENCL 5-1
FCUSA tied FC Stars White ENCL 0-0
SOL is a solid team, probably the best of your list.

You conveniently left out FCUSAs loss to bottom of the NPLA rung Bayside in that same tournament. Some solid teams in both NPL divisions right now but not enough to go and declare NPLB "top of the list". I assure you much better teams out there than what you are seeing weekly with your SOL foes.
