PDA White & World Class- Have a huge population pool to draw from and should get stronger.
Scorpions- Should be improved from U14 version based upon what i've read on here.
East Meadow- Don't expect major change. SUSA gets most of the LI talent.
FSA- Will surely get better, but not out of the bottom 3 better.
That leaves Blue & White. Let the debate range on, but if i were betting on groups of 3 for U15 I'd say:
Top group- CFC, SUSA & Blue
Middle group- PDA, World Class & Scorps
Bottom group- White, EM, FSA

Will know soon if the rumor is true. But blowing up a team like that is unheard of unless you made a deal with some team that wishes they were in ECNL. Just saying...
Don't read a big conspiracy into it.

Serious question. We’re there college coaches at the EDP showcase? My daughter got offered a spot on both EDP nations league team and a ecnl regional team. Which is better? Did the regional teams go to the same showcase as the ecnl teams in North Carolina?

Not sure if that may change moving forward, but I’m sure the regional coach can tell you that info. I would ask around about both potential coaches and use that as your main criteria.
To the person asking - which team has the better coaching/is a stronger team? Your D will get better faster playing with strong teammates. You should also consider ECLR will have a lot more travel = $$$$ and time.

And sometimes the ECNL Regional teams get the overflow of National players who weren't able to play in that game.
Also I know of fewer players who went up from Regional to National than directly into ECNL National from outside the club or even from National down to Regional even.
But also I agree with the advice that coach and commute are huge considerations.

They could be playing at that level by the end of the season, but will likely have some bumps getting out of the gate and be towards the back of the second group in standings
